We can’t wait to see y’all!
Berry Season Hours
Opening Day: May 25th
Tues & Thurs 7:00am - 12:00pm
Sat 7:00am - 2:00pm
We have grown 4 acres of blackberries for more than 20 years, which has been challenging and a learning experience. We have experimented with many old and new varieties and different growing methods. We're currently growing many varieties of thorn-less blackberries; Osage, Natchez, Ponca, and Caddo. A large amount of our blackberries are grown on a trellis system this allows for better crop yield, but for you it makes them a heck of a lot easier to pick.
Since 2011, we have been growing numerous varieties of blueberries. We're currently growing eight varieties; Blue Crop, Blue Ray, Chandler, Duke, Patriot, Blue Ribbon, Top Shelf, and Reka. We currently have 1.5 acres which are covered by a net which prevents birds from getting to the berries. We grow our Blueberries in grow bags above ground which makes for easy picking. Blueberries require a low pH 4.5 to 5.5 which above ground bags provide.
